This is a 10:1 extract blend of Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, Siberian Ginseng, Rhodiola and Schisandra. Each serving has 200 mg dose of each ingredient, meaning the equivalent of 2 grams of the typical 1:1 extracted version of these adaptogens.
    • Lion’s Mane (Hericium Erinaceus): Improves brain function and productivity, focus and overall wellbeing.
